College Volunteers – The Global ShareResource Foundation encourages the application of community work credit and practicum internships in the countries where it has project partnership. An arrangement will be negotiated with universities interested to participate so that a more formal student work/study program will be given accreditation.
Professional Volunteers – Professional and skill trade volunteers willing to contribute time and expertise to the projects are greatly welcome. The Global ShareResource Foundation will form an alliance with New York’s professional associations to offer its project sites as opportunities for overseas volunteer work. Professional volunteers welcome retired individuals.
Travel Cost and Accommodation -- Travel and personal allowance will be borne by the volunteers. GSRF will facilitate with host countries required visa arrangement and living accommodations with project hosts.
